TERM, CONDITIONS, WAIVER, AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Terms:
National Transportation Tech LLC an authorized training provider for the Florida Section IMSA.

National Transportation Tech LLC. its owners, employees, directors, managers, independent contractor providers, instructors, or affiliates shall be known as the (company). You and Your company / agency shall hereinafter refer to as the Customer (Student).

The Company, may from time-to-time provide various courses, programs, consultant services and associated material for sale on this Website. The Company is approved to provider IMSA Florida Section and IMSA Center for Public Safety Certification copyrighted courses and material. No unauthorized reproduction or modification of any material provided by NTT, IMSA Florida or IMSA CFPSC is permitted without express written approval beforehand. The Company grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our courses, programs, and associated material (collectively the “Courses”) for your own personal or internal business use. By ordering or participating in Courses, you agree that the Courses you purchase or download may only be used by you for your own personal or business reference and may not be sold or redistributed without the express written consent of the Company. By ordering or participating in Courses, you further agree that you shall not create any derivative work based upon the Courses and you shall not offer any competing products or services based upon any information contained in the Courses.

You agree that the Company is not liable for any loss of information or for a purposeful or accidental disclosure of your personal information which may include, but is not limited to, your Name, Address, Email, License Numbers, Credit Card Numbers, Account Numbers, Banking Information, or any other personal or confidential information that may be lost, stolen or compromised in any way. Use of the company website, payment system, receipt system, or registration portal are at your own risk, and you accept as an express term of use that you accept all liability or risk of loss for using the same.
Conditions and Waivers:
As the STUDENT you agree that your registration is not complete until you have completed in full the registration form in full and the Company receives payment.
National Transportation Tech nor the Florida Section IMSA shall be held liable for damages resulting from errors or omissions in any training materials nor shall they be held liable for any damages resulting from the use of the training materials or other presentation information conveyed at a National Transportation Tech / Florida Section IMSA training course.
National Transportation Tech and the Florida Section IMSA shall not be held liable for any damages whatsoever including but not limited to direct, indirect, or consequential damages, that may be incurred by you due to a cancellation of a scheduled class including, but not limited to, cancellation penalties for transportation or accommodations. Your sole remedy shall be the refund of the course fees paid by customer in accordance with NTT's cancelation policy, or enrollment in the next available course.
Cancellation Policy:
Due to recent policy changes with IMSA Inc. (not NTT or Florida Seciton IMSA) NTT is having to addjust its timing and cancellation policys. We truly appoligies for any incovienence these changes may create. NTT has alway prided itself on formost providing customer serivce to our students while working to deliver quality training. While NTT values and principles may not allign with some of these changes, to contunue to provide the IMSA Exam Prep Sessions we are having to compitchulate with them. Again we do truly appoligies for any confusion or problems this policy changes creates with any of the IMSA Exam Prep Sessions.

National Transportation Tech reserves the right to reschedule or cancel an Exam Prpep Session or Training Course at any time for reasons including but not limited to, classroom, equipment, or trainer availability, or low enrollment numbers (below 6 students). Whenever possible, notification will be provided within 14 days of the class. If 14-day notice or minimum enrollment are not met, you will be given the following choice of a full refund or rescheduling into the next available National Transportation Tech Training Course.

All cancellations must be received in writing (postal/email acceptable). Rescheduling of classes must be done within 6 months of original training course date at an authorized National Transportation Tech location.
Refund Policy:
Refund of registration fees will be as follows:
1) Electronic refund directly back to original payment type will be minus any applicable processing fees incurred by NTT for processing of registration and refund.
2) Physical Check processed back to Student with approved information. No processing fees will apply to physical check. (Please allow 21 days for processing of check)
